Garden fresh continues

Made this using vegies picked straight from the garden.  Twas yum…
The tofu was pressed in vegan parma made from roughly even amounts of cashews & nutritional yeast, and sea salt.  All put in a processor and given a decent hammering!

Hello luvies,
I went out into the garden and picked a red cabbage, some asparagus, a really really big leek, pulled some carrots, broccoli, some kale, some spinach and made this for lunch.
I am so blessed!
I threw in some ’shrooms and very moorish raw cashews.  Does anyone else have trouble keeping their hands out of the [...]
